Dance Night with the Shy Bees

The Shy Bees, a blues-rock group featuring vocalist Chris Scheibe, will make their debut live performance at Skagit Unitarian Universalist Fellowship (SUUF) Saturday night, September 12. Chris, along with drummer Mike Buckholz, began recording a music project during the pandemic years. The SHY BEES album entitled Melittology, was released to all music streaming sites in 2024. The album included 11 different musicians, including major contributions from Ron LaViscione on guitar and Mark Williams on bass. Mike, Chris, Ron and Mark now comprise the band, The Shy Bees, and play a mix of blues and classic rock.
Music starts at 6 p.m. and ends around 8 p.m. The doors open at 5 p.m. with a $5 donation to the Skagit Unitarian Universalist Fellowship. Youth and children ages 16 and under are free. Please bring your own beverages (BYOB); and alcohol is allowed for adults. Feel free to bring snacks or treats to share.
We’re looking forward to a fun Fall night of dance and music!
