After retiring from a 30-year career with IBM, Kalish followed a long-standing spiritual calling and entered a unique, largely self-directed rabbinical program. She was ordained as a rabbi in 2006.

Her spiritual journey led her to Woodside Church, now CSL Bellingham, where she became a licensed Science of Mind Practitioner in 2016. Kalish brings together Jewish wisdom, Science of Mind, and a lifelong curiosity about how spiritual teachings become lived experience.

Today, she invites us into the sacred season known as the Days of Awe with her talk.
