Enjoy a walk in the great outdoors with fellow SUUFers! Due to weather variability, the weekly walk day and time may vary or get changed as the weather is assessed. When the weather is inclement we try to schedule a fun event indoors at times. There will not be a walk on December 24th! In lieu of the December 31st group, we will be walking instead on January 1st, 2026! This hike is called the Camano Island First Day Hike and is sponsored by Washington State Parks at the Howard Adams Trail at Camano Island State Park.

We will carpool to the Howard Adams Trail at Camano Island State Park. The hike starts at 1:00 p.m. and ends at 2:30 p.m., so if people could arrange carpooling that would be fantastic! Please visit the website (link above) for more information. We will be making an announcement on Sunday to alert those who don’t read The River. Hope to see you there!
